STAGE 4: LA NUCIA – TEULADA (172 KM)

The queen stage, with five categorized climbs and 3,300 meters of elevation gain, including the fearsome Category 1 climb of the “Alto del Miserat” 100 km from the finish, is anyone’s guess as to whether it will break up the race. In the final section, the climb to “Puig de la Florença” (Cumbres del Sol) should be decisive, just 12 km from the finish, followed by the challenging Muro del Pou de Teulada, with gradients of almost 22%, 5 km from the finish in Teulada.

This could be the most beautiful stage in recent years.
